Deborah Malone

I’m a qualified and insured foot health practitioner, offering mobile treatments in and around South Pembrokeshire.
My aim is to provide a friendly, professional service that helps you feel comfortable and well looked after.

 I’m a former registered mental health nurse, having worked for 10 years with many clients within the deaf community, treating such conditions as dementia, Parkinson’s and people who have suffered strokes. I can communicate using Makaton and level 1 British sign language. 

I have recently relocated to Pembroke to be closer to my family, leaving a very successful career of 13 years working as a foot health practitioner in Hampshire and Surrey.

Working as an FHP allows me to continue doing what I love best, connecting with people, supporting their wellbeing, and hopefully making a meaningful difference in their lives.

My aim is to brighten your day with a friendly, professional service, a cheery chat, and a warm smile to help you feel comfortable and well looked after.

Foot Treatments

Whether it’s careful nail cutting, removing painful corns, or managing fungal nails, every treatment is carried out slowly and with care.
Foot Health Assesment
Each visit starts with a thorough assessment of your feet. I’ll check for issues like hard skin, ingrowing nails, or signs of infection, and take time to listen and understand any problems you’re having. This helps me create a care plan to suit your individual needs.
Preventative Foot Care Advice
I can provide simple, practical advice to help keep them healthy in between visits and reduce the risk of future issues.
Relaxing Massage
Each treatment ends with a nourishing and relaxing foot massage, I am qualified in Reflexology and Thai foot massage and employ these techniques during your treatment. Masssage helps improve circulation, ease tension, and leave you ‘walking on air’!
Nail and Skincare
I provide nail and skin treatments to help keep your feet looking and feeling their best. From thickened or fungal nails to dry, cracked heels, I use gentle techniques and professional tools to make you feel comfortable.
Nail Treatments
I can offer regular nail trimming, help with ingrown toenails, or treatment options for damaged, discoloured nails, I’ll assess what’s needed and discuss options with you.
Skin Treatments
Hard skin, corns, and cracked heels can be painful. I carefully remove problem build ups of dry or callused skin and smooth the skin using safe, effective methods – leaving your feet soft and comfortable.
Ongoing Conditions
If you’re living with ongoing skin or nail problems such as fungal infections or diabetic foot concerns, I will help you to manage symptoms and prevent them from getting worse. I can also recommend suitable products and routines to support healing at home.
Diabetic Foot Care
If you’re living with diabetes, looking after your feet is especially important.
Gentle Treatments
From nail trimming to hard skin removal, all treatments are carried out with extra care to avoid injury or irritation. I use clean, professional tools and follow best practices to make sure your feet are treated safely and gently.
